Shipping Policy

Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

If you are not home to receive the delivery, our courier will deliver your parcel to your nearby neighbour or return the item back to our warehouse. If the parcel becomes Return to Sender please kindly reach out to our customer support to advise whether you would like the order to be re-dispatched or refunded.

We cannot deliver to certain addresses such as PO Boxes, hotels, restaurants, stores, or forwarding addresses.

Most of our international orders fall under Duties to be Paid, which means that taxes and duties may be added at the checkout accordingly, and the cost of this depends on the country you are based.

The following countries are shipped to with Delivery Duties Paid:

Australia, Bahrain, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR China, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Isle of Man, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States, Vietnam.

Any other country or region outside the above list is subject to pay taxes & duties set by their country upon delivery.

 
Please note, these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, even if you return your order.

 

What are your shipping options?

 

We offer three main shipping options within the UK: Standard  and Express. Express Shipping. We aim for delivery within 2 business day after your order has been accepted. Your order will be eligible for Express Shipping if it has been placed before 12:00 (GMT) on Monday-Thursday.

We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force for Domestic orders.

FedEx for our International order.

 

What is your delivery timeframe?

Our average delivery time for standard shipping is 5-10 working days, but around Black Friday and Christmas it can take a little longer due to the high volume of orders and potential delays with delivery companies.

If you need your products even quicker, we offer a Express delivery option that is available for select products.

This is our fastest delivery option compared to our standard delivery which can take between 5-10 days. Items purchased with The Matte Club are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

To be eligible for Express delivery, you must place your order before 5pm. Any orders placed after 5pm using the Express Delivery Option will arrive the day after next. 

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll update you regularly and let you know as soon as possible if we or the delivery company expect any delays.

We strongly recommend you place all orders sooner rather than later to ensure plenty of time for delivery.
